TOP ALUMINUM FABRIC STRUCTURE FOR INDUSTRIAL
Looking for an easy-to-erect commercial canopy for event rentals, weddings, or outdoor parties? This official installation video demonstrates how to assemble LP Structure’s 6x6m (20x20ft) High Peak Pinnacle Frame Tent. Engineered with a heavy-duty extruded aluminum frame and an overhead cable-supported peak mast, this 20x20 party tent delivers 100% clear-span usable space with zero interior ground poles.
1. Base Frame Connection
Lay out the aluminum perimeter tubing, steel corner fittings, and base plates on flat ground. Connect and pin the perimeter beams together to form the rigid base frame.
2. Tension Cable & Center Mast Setup
Attach diagonal cross-tension steel cables across the frame corners and tighten the turnbuckles. Position the center peak support mast into the cable cross-section.
3. PVC Roof Canopy Pulling
Drape the heavy-duty commercial PVC roof fabric over the aluminum frame. Elevate the center mast into the overhead cable assembly to pop up the high peak canopy.
4. Upright Leg Elevation & Corner Anchoring
Lift the canopy frame on one side to insert the vertical corner legs, then repeat for the opposite side. Secure all base plates to the ground using expansion bolts or ground stakes.
5. Sidewall Attachment & Perimeter Lacing
Slide the waterproof PVC sidewall panels along the perimeter eave tracks. Lace adjacent wall sections together and tighten bottom ratchets for complete weather sealing.
100% Clear-Span Interior Space: The overhead cable-supported peak structure eliminates central ground poles, maximizing interior room for tables, staging, and guests.
Rust-Free Aluminum Framework: Built with heavy-duty anodized aluminum alloy extrusions designed for fast deployment and frequent event rental reuse.
Weatherproof Commercial PVC Cover: Flame-retardant, UV-resistant, and 100% waterproof PVC fabric ensures reliable performance in outdoor environments.
Q1: How long does it take to install a 6x6m (20x20ft) high peak frame tent?
With a standard field crew of 2 to 3 installers, a 6x6m (20x20ft) pinnacle frame tent can be completely set up and anchored in under 45 minutes.
Q2: What is the difference between a high peak frame tent and a pagoda tent?
High peak frame tents use an overhead cross-cable system to hold the center mast, making the frame significantly lighter and easier to transport than traditional pagoda tents.
