LP Structure made a focused appearance at ARA Show 2024 in New Orleans, using the event as a strategic window into the next stage of the global rental market. For us, the show was not simply a product display. It was a direct conversation with rental decision-makers who are rethinking how temporary structures should perform under tighter labor conditions, faster event cycles, and higher expectations for safety and visual value. ARA Show 2024 was held from February 18 to 21 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and positioned as a pure B2B trade show for rental companies, procurement teams, and supply chain decision-makers.
At the show, we observed a clear shift in how North American rental companies evaluate event structures. Buyers were not only asking about span size or appearance. Their questions quickly moved to setup manpower, repeat installation, anchoring methods, replacement parts, and how many events a structure can support across one rental season.
This is consistent with the broader ARA Show environment. The event highlights party and special event rental, construction and industrial rental, and general tool rental, while placing strong attention on modular products that support lower labor cost and higher turnover efficiency.
For rental operators, every structure must work as an asset. A tent that looks impressive but takes too long to install can reduce profitability. A system that requires too many skilled workers can become difficult to scale across multiple jobsites. A structure that cannot be quickly checked, cleaned, packed, and redeployed may lose value after only a few busy seasons. This is why modularity became the center of many conversations.
LP Structure presented tent solutions designed for event rental, exhibition, and outdoor commercial space. Our focus was not on one single product type. The UK market places strong emphasis on outdoor event logistics. Festival sites, sports events, wedding venues, and temporary commercial spaces often require fast build-up, reliable weather protection, and easy integration with flooring, lighting, sanitation, access control, and support zones. Compared with North America, the UK discussion often starts from the site layout and event flow. Yet the business logic is similar: rental clients want reusable structures that protect project margins.
Our HIRE19 experience in Australia gave us another perspective. The event was positioned as a major B2B rental industry exhibition for Oceania, gathering rental companies and suppliers across equipment, tools, and party event materials.
Australia’s rental market made us pay closer attention to weather exposure, transport distance, installation planning, and practical after-sales support. In such markets, a structure must be engineered for the local climate while remaining efficient to move and redeploy. This is why our global approach is not to push one standard model into every country. We review project use, climate, installation surface, expected service period, and compliance documents before recommending the right tent solution.
ARA Show 2024 confirmed an important direction for LP Structure: the global rental industry is moving toward modular, reusable, labor-saving, and engineering-backed temporary structures. North American clients are asking for faster turnover and lower manpower pressure. UK outdoor event clients focus on site planning and full event support. Australian rental buyers value durability, transport efficiency, and regional adaptation.
For LP Structure, these markets are connected by one clear requirement: rental structures must perform as business assets. They must be quick to assemble, safe to approve, flexible to configure, and strong enough to support repeated commercial use.
